Our minimum stay requirements (3days /7days) :
• For stays of less than 7 days
in the LOW-MID-HIGH season's,
and for stays of less than 3 days
in the BUDGET season there is an
additional cleaning charge of 75 eur.

a 30% non-refundable deposit is required
to secure your reservation.
• Should you decide to leave before
the date scheduled, you will be
subject to payment of the full price.
• If upon check-in children
are younger than 13 years old,
your reservation may be cancelled

*Due to limited parking access, cars with trailers, hitch-rear mount (bicycle) carrier racks, hitch mounted cargo storage boxes, or suv-s/vans with roof rack cargo storage boxes may not be allowed to park at the property. Although we cannot guarantee availability, it may be possible for those types of vehicles to park outside the enclosed Skabe property.

Due to our location, we enjoy the benefits of both land and sea. An ideal base from which to explore the entire Istrian peninsula, from the coastline to the beautiful historical towns and landscapes of the hinterland. There is an on-site parking for your motor bike, safe and secure in a nice shade. Also, Škabe are less than 9 kms away from the first motorcycle repair shop, in case you may need for some professional maintenance (otherwise we are here to help for small check-ups, with a mechanical garage next door if necessary). |
